By placing an order with Heavy Hittaz®️, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

No Returns. No Refunds. No Exchanges.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, returned, refunded, or exchanged for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Incorrect sizing
• Buyer’s remorse
• Order delays
• Failure to read product descriptions

Damaged or Defective Items

We only address issues involving manufacturer defects or items damaged during transit.

To be considered, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your support email] with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos and/or video of the issue
• Original packaging shown in images

Failure to contact us within this timeframe voids eligibility.

If approved, Heavy Hittaz®️ reserves the sole discretion to issue:

• A replacement, or
• Store credit

Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

Incorrect Orders

If an incorrect item was sent due to our error, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will determine the resolution at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are final sale and non-returnable:

• All worn, washed, or altered items
• Sale, clearance, promotional, or discounted items
• Limited releases, drops, and pre-orders
• Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
• Gift cards (if applicable)

Shipping

• Shipping fees are non-refundable
• Heavy Hittaz®️ is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once marked as delivered by the carrier
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout

Chargebacks & Fraud

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in:

• Immediate order cancellation
• Blacklisting from future purchases
• Evidence submitted to payment processors

Policy Enforcement

Heavy Hittaz®️ reserves the right to:

• Refuse service to anyone
• Cancel any order suspected of fraud
• Modify this policy at any time without prior notice
